"The apartment was cockroach infested (all over the cutlery, shower, under beds, etc.). The floors were so dirty that just walking barefoot led to a layer of caked dirt underfoot. The staff at reception were nice enough, but the hygiene situation is unacceptable. Especially since they somehow expect their guests to clean up the apartment before leaving."

"I have logged a formal complaint on VRBO, this was a unacceptable experience, cockroaches everywhere, good location but a health hazard, we as a family were left to fend for ourselves, best you did was say " ill reimburse the remaining days" horrible service from a host , as it is peak season i exhausted all possible areas and prices has obviously sky rocketed, as a host you should have assisted with making the stay more pleasant, but this was the complete opposite, if the building should be under new management i would suggest a genuine facelift and ensure it is fumigated regularly."
