"スタッフさんが丁寧で、朝食会場が宍道湖を見渡せる9階で口コミで書かれていたように、一品一品のクオリティが高く、パンの種類も多く、地元の料理もそろえられて美味しかったです。 リーズナブルで立地もよく、温泉があるのが高評価！ 残念だった事は、冷蔵庫の効きが悪く(冷えはしない、常温？)連泊するのでなんとかならないかフロントへ連絡。 常温のものを冷やすタイプの冷蔵庫ではなく、温度をキープするタイプとの事、理解はしたが、ウェルカムドリンクでいただいたお茶をそのまま入れたが、やはり常温並の温度に。これは故障しているのではないかと疑う状態でした。 フロントで預かって冷やしましょうか？と丁寧な対応でしたが、わざわざ何度も行くのも面倒なのでお断りしましたが、これから夏になるので、あのままだとまた同じクレームが入ると思うので、チェックをお願いしたいと思いました。 この冷蔵庫の問題以外は、大満足です。"

"浴室の照明が壊れていて真っ暗な状態、簡易的な持ち運び用の照明が置かれていた。問い合わせると、浴室の照明が壊れているのでそちらをお使い下さいとの事。 事前連絡もなし、チェックインして浴室照明がつかない事に気付いてこちらから何度も連絡したがずっと留守電。やっと折り返して来たと思ったら照明が壊れていると初めて知らされました。 対応の遅さに怒りが込み上げ、返金してもらいすぐに部屋を出ました。急いで別の宿泊先を探して移動しましたが子連れ旅だったので大変でした。 数々のホテルに泊まりましたがこんな対応をされたのは初めてだったので、二度とこのホテルには泊まりません。 あと、暖房も付いていないのに部屋がかなり暑く それも伝えたら、冷房を付けて調整して下さいとの事でした。全てがいいとこ無しのホテルでした。"
