"We enjoyed our stay"

"It was clean, the staff was friendly but unfortunately they advertise queen beds when in reality they are actually double mattresses on a queen platform. Another patron said the same thing. With that said, it wasn’t great sleep with my wife and I and our boys in the other bed. I’d definitely think twice before staying at a Tru Hilton. This was our first time staying in one and didn’t sit well with my wife on the size of bed as she has back issues. The staff were great and friendly, the amnesties were good with a pool and gym. Unfortunately, no hot tub or sauna. "

"Karen at the front desk was very welcoming. Breakfast staff were so nice! My mom has celiac, so they allowed us to check ingredients so she could make an informed decision for breakfast. Clean hotel, wonderful service! We will stay here again. "

"I reserved a room and when we got there. A smoking room was what I got. The breakfast area was dirty from the morning breakfast. Disgusting. The room was terrible with smoke smell and cigarette burns on the comforter. I went down to get a non smoking room. Went up to it and it still smelled like smoke and cigarette burns were in the skirt on the bed. The furniture were in tough shape. That was enough for me. I went down to cancel the reservation which he did. I hardly ever write a review so this tells you how bad it was. I really don't know how this place was rated as high as it is."

"Parking was easy. I hadn't been in a Holiday Inn Express in years, but if this one is any indication of how they operate I will definitely stay again. Everything was great from the upgraded breakfast, cleanliness, and decor. "

"Room was clean the carpet was old looking, shower looked bad but water pressure was great, breakfast was really good lots of stuff , close to highway, hot tub was closed, its was fine "
