"It was clean, the staff was friendly but unfortunately they advertise queen beds when in reality they are actually double mattresses on a queen platform. Another patron said the same thing. With that said, it wasn’t great sleep with my wife and I and our boys in the other bed. I’d definitely think twice before staying at a Tru Hilton. This was our first time staying in one and didn’t sit well with my wife on the size of bed as she has back issues. The staff were great and friendly, the amnesties were good with a pool and gym. Unfortunately, no hot tub or sauna. "

"I reserved a room and when we got there. A smoking room was what I got. The breakfast area was dirty from the morning breakfast. Disgusting. The room was terrible with smoke smell and cigarette burns on the comforter. I went down to get a non smoking room. Went up to it and it still smelled like smoke and cigarette burns were in the skirt on the bed. The furniture were in tough shape. That was enough for me. I went down to cancel the reservation which he did. I hardly ever write a review so this tells you how bad it was. I really don't know how this place was rated as high as it is."

"Room was clean the carpet was old looking, shower looked bad but water pressure was great, breakfast was really good lots of stuff , close to highway, hot tub was closed, its was fine "

"There was zero staff on the property. We had to use a touch screen to attempt to sign in, which was extra difficult since we have emotional support animals. The hotel room had literal mosquitoes and beetle dead carcasses under the pillows. The laundry facility smelled like mold especially the washing machine. There is no way that I would dare to drink water or ice from the water and ice dispenser there. There were zero soaps lotions or shampoo in the room, and there were only about five tissues. Consider sleeping in my car before ever sleeping there again."
