「Our ac was out. Apparently staff knew this and didn’t disclose this. 」

「Everything was dirty. The lobby, the elevator, the room. There were greasy fingerprints everywhere as if nothing has been wiped down in years. There was old soap with hair stuck in it in the bathroom. The pillow cases had mascara left over on them, the white duvet had black and gray smudges all over it from what I can only imagine was dirty feet. Everything smelled like they were trying to cover up years of cigarette smoke with glade plug ins. The staff was not friendly or helpful. It took 15...

「The air conditioner was very good. Bathroom very clean but no grab bars in shower. Bedding looked fresh. Sidewalks WERE NOT handicap accessible, had to have assistance getting on and off sidewalks at all entrances. Does not look anything like photos. 」

「Clever and lovely cabin. The cabins are set just off a parking lot, but mine (The Schoolhouse) was really nice, seeming pretty new, good amenities like the big square showerhead. I liked the firm bed. I liked the Kuerig; just wanted decaf pods. Unusual place but worth it.」

The Continental breakfast was much nicer than most and the Nespresso was a fun surprise. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. I rebooked for the following year so I can enjoy it again!」
