The staff were delightful, and very helpful.
The room was spotless, although the heating was erratic, but never cold. The bed was very comfortable.
I had requested twin beds, a week or more before we travelled. This was not forthcoming and we were too tired on arrival to ask to change rooms.

I loved this hotel! You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to stay. The views were phenomenal including the sierra mountains. Staff was great and the rooms impeccable. The only only thing I disliked was the double beds pushed together and would have preferred down softer pillows. .

Staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Amazing building and cool rooms with lofts for kids. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great.

Was a total splurge but so worth it. The room views of the city through the keyhole window were epic. The check in was elite and we felt so special. Great location to walk to the Alhambra.
