FOUND HOTEL TO BE QUAINT & A PLEASANT, UNIQUE PLACE TO STAY. VERY COMFORTABLE ROOM WITH GOOD FACILITIES. DID NOT NEED TO INTERACT WITH STAFF.

Basic accommodation, did the job. Was very reasonable price. Free parking. No breakfast so can't comment. Staff were friendly. Bath was a bit grubby, not cleaned properly, orherwose

My daughter and I loved our stay here and would definitely come to stay here again! The staff were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. They even had our room ready early as we arrived at midday. Even though we were happy to wait in the bar area. The hotel is next to a lovely park and lake. So we went for a walk around the lake while we waited. Our room was lovely and clean too. We were out late after going to a concert. We were able to order ourselves food from their their 24/7 menu. This was limited but we easily found something we liked on it. As the receptionist was unable to leave the desk until her colleague came back from whatever they were doing, she offered to deliver it to our room. Food arrived 5-10mins later and was delicious! Free breakfast was good too. Throughout our stay ALL staff we came across were very friendly and happy to help. 5*
