Reception staff did nothing to help clarify this, indeed adding to this confusion for a short while. The accommodation was not as described. Which is really my main gripe. "When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"It was a very beautiful flat, nicely decorated, well equipped, and felt like home. If I stay in the area again, I definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone. Plus, there's a grocery store, restaurant and park right around the corner."
