"Really lovely apartment in a very slick building. Lots of great things about the place - the apartment was huge, all brand new appliances, nice balcony and great communal areas e.g. a chill room with lots of board games, table football, shuttle board cinema room etc. I used the gym, which has very good equipment. "The room was clean but there was an empty packet of Maryland’s under the bed. The Tv didn’t work and I only noticed about 3 hours into our arrival- no maintenance were in house so they offered a different room- but we had already unpacked, settled etc, my son was sleeping so was inconvenient to move. The pool was out of use 10-11am which was annoying and the hot tub was out of use the whole time. There was also no water in our fridge. With there being no phone in the room having to go down to reception felt like a chore every time so we didn’t bother. The location is good but I was misinformed on the phone about parking- she told me £12 but it’s actually £21.60. We still had a nice stay but there were a number of errors. "
