Clean rooms, has parking.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was well presented and the foyer was grand and beautiful.

Double head in the shower! Room wasn't ready at the posted check in time (got into our room only 20 or 30 minutes past so not a huge deal).

A bit dated and worn (threadbare armchairs), belying the photos online, with a very minimally equipped kitchen (great microwave with crisping feature though!). But, the front desk and housekeeping staff were very responsive and quickly fixed any deficiencies. We were disappointed to find out on arrival that the AC was out of order (a long-standing problem about which we could have been notified to allow a decision to relocate), however a fan was provided, and with a balcony door and windows that opened the room temperature was comfortable. Location was great - a half hour walk to the Viaduct Quay and Ferry Terminal in one direction, and the Auckland Domain in the other, with a huge selection of shops and restaurants along both routes. Overall: clean, safe, very spacious room, conveniently located, and excellent value for the price. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
