"Everything was good. Only negative was the girl At the coffee shop in the lobby. She put two medium coffees on counter and announced “two medium coffees” and neither the guy next to me or myself realized each was for one of us bc we assumed it was for someone who ordered TWO bc that’s how she announced it. The. Seemed irritated that we didn’t get it. Oh and parking was not extremely convenient but still cost 35 bucks."

"Property listing description was misrepresented! I have attached a picture of the property description & pictures which was Not correct. It says the property occupancy is 6. However there wasn’t sleeping accommodations for 6. The Common area shows a queen bed. There wasn’t any bed in the Common area much less a queen just a desk! There was no shampoo, conditioner & only 1 hair drying in the bath which had a jetted tub. The steps going up to level 2 & 3 level were very narrow & neither had hand rails which I believe must be in rental properties over one story. The wooden floors on 2nd level are in terrible condition. They have wide gaps which looks like someone tried to fill in the holes but couldn’t. The condition & holes are a trip/fall hazard. On the 2nd floor, the twin bedroom didn’t have a jetted tub as described it was a very tiny bath room with a small tub/shower & a tiny sink. It didn’t have hand rails in the tub & had rubber mat. One individual in that room almost fell because the mat was very slippery. The queen size room had the jetted tub. The couple who stayed in that room were afraid to use it due to possible fall. No 1/2 bath on main level had to climb narrow steps with no hand rail!We realize the unit was over 100 years old. However while in town we went to a friend’s rental,same age, much nicer, renovated & not in disrepair. They paid the same per day as we did. We’ve stayed in rental units in the US & abroad & never had such bad & unhappy experience."

"This place has everything you need. It’s a short walk to everything you need in Annapolis and has a great backyard for entertaining and enjoying the outside. The bedrooms are very comfortable and we would highly recommend."
