"I loved the building. It’s in a lovely spot a block from the bay so shops and restaurants are right out the front door. The building I stayed in was terrific. The only bummer, was my room was quite small, so I would advise not staying in room 1408. It was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. I arrived late at night as was too tired to call for my car and go back to the office to change rooms. That said it was quiet so I slept well."

"Great location! Owner is an excellent, quick response communicator. Very accommodating. Home is efficiently equipped with every amenity. We are 75 & 77 yo travelers and managed the stairs to the bedroom/bathroom upstairs being mindful using the railing. Highly recommend and hope to return in the next year"

"Our stay was wonderful! One of the best things about our stay was the host getting back to us immediately when we ran into any problems. Very shortly after sending them a message, boom, we had a response. The place was impeccably clean, had snacks, water and Prosecco waiting for us, as well as some toiletries in case we had forgotten anything. It's very close to everything in downtown Annapolis, yet it's in a very quiet area. The next time we find ourselves looking to stay in Annapolis, we'll definitely look to see if this place is available."

"The house was great and the location is excellent! Very authentic and historical and the backyard was darling. The room with two king beds is smaller than it appeared, so just be aware if you are planning to have multiple people sleep in there. The host sent multiple automated texts with standard check in and out procedures but was otherwise a little challenging to get ahold of. There were minimal supplies for a 10 person stay and I would suggest the house have more supplies for the size of guests. However I would still stay here again knowing that!"
