"We waited an hour for the shuttle after traveling for several hours. The staff were okay, not super friendly. We checked into our room and went down to the pool. The pool was not clean and it was too hot for the hot tub. I waited 30 minutes to be waited at the Hotel restaurant and then left. When we went back to our room it smelled like sewer. It made me feel so sick. I closed the bathroom door."

"The hotel is not nearly as nice as they make it look in the pictures, but that isn't a surprise. We were just looking for an easy stay for a quick overnight and thought that this would be acceptable. Boy, were we wrong! The room was dirty, one of the beds didn't have a blanket, the room AC was noisy (which wasn't all bad - It at least drowned out the noise from outside that came through the very thin walls). Worst of all, they put us in a smoking room when we had very specifically reserved a non-smoking room. When we asked at the front desk, they shrugged at us and told us there was nothing that they could do. It was too late for us to leave and find another hotel (which we regretted later!), so we just dealt with it. Big mistake. Everything smelled like smoke - All the clothes we had on, everything in the suitcases, backpacks and US. We had to take time out of vacation later to do laundry just to get useable clothes. Never, ever, ever again will I stay in a place like this. "

"ROACHES!!!! HOLES IN THE WALL, DRUG DEALS ON THE PARKING LOT, WHEN WE WENT TO CHECK OUT, THE LADY SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK ON MONDAY. THE DAY AFTER WE WERE TO GO HOME, TO GET A REFUND. WHEN O SAID NO, WE NEED TO FIGURE IT TONIGHT, SHE CALLED THE COPS ON US. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIFIC PLACE. SHOULDNT EVEN BE ON THE SITE."

"The room floors were gross- our socks were black walking around on the carpet. Breakfast was cold- eggs and potatoes were cold within moments of being put out. Watery eggs and overdone potatoes too. Gravy was okay though a bit jellied. Milk was sour, and they didnt believe us. The pool was dirty, filtration system did not appear to be working. It was also freezing, even in the warm sun. The hot tub had a gross smell and was yellowish. No one was seem cleaning the pool AT ALL during the stay. Staff was kind, if you got a chance to talk to one, they were understaffed at the desk. Staff also did not adhere to the "pay at hotel" option and called to tell us if we didnt pay right away they were going to cancel our reservation- 4 hours before check in was even happening. Stressed us out big time. Just a poor experience. "

"It was ok for a one night stay but obvious it was an apartment complex that had been converted into a hotel."

"Rooms were clean. Most of the staff was friendly, accommodating. Pool area was ok. "

"Staff was awesome. The tub didn't drain well and water kept running, overall nice place to stay!! I guess there was a baseball team, and kids were running around in halls at night, parking was safe and so close to everything! So convenient!! Ahain staff was welcoming and so accommodating!!"
