"I loved the place that I extended my stay there. The rooms are very cozy with Lamu style furnishing. The gym is fully equipped as well as a nice spacious studio. The pool area is very pretty but the pool is a little dirty and would be better if there was a pool bed. The staff were super friendly. They were helpful and made my stay very comfortable. The area is in a very convenient location with supermarkets and restaurants along the same road and easy access to the Westlands, Lavington and Riverside areas. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back again."
"The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We booked the junior suite so we can enjoy a large space outdoors privately. We truly enjoyed our time and the staff was very helpful and kind. Also the dining area is beautiful and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this property "
"Stayed at the Executive Residency for about a week on a family trip, and it was exactly what I needed. It feels less like a sterile hotel and more like a high-end apartment complex, which makes a major difference if you’re staying for more than a couple of days.
The Room (The Apartment) I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and I was genuinely impressed. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized fridge, stove, even a washing machine), which was a lifesaver. The living area was spacious enough to host a small meeting, and the balcony had a great view of the Riverside greenery. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains actually worked—I slept like a baby despite the jet lag.
A Few Minor Things:
Traffic: During rush hour, getting in and out of Riverside Drive can be a bit of a crawl. Give yourself an extra 20 minutes for any appointment.
Vibe: It’s a very quiet, professional atmosphere. If you’re looking for a "party" hotel or a big social scene, this might be a bit too low-key for you.
Final Verdict: If you are traveling for work or with family and want the convenience of a kitchen with the service of a hotel, this is easily one of the best options in Nairobi. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip."
