「Location! Location! Location! Being in the West Village was perfect for my solo stay in NYC. It was close to all the coffee shops, restaurants, and shops I wanted to check out. The bed was super comfy, and the place had just what I needed. It needed a bit of cleaning though. The microwave hadn’t been used in a while with spiderwebs inside, and the fridge needs a good wipe down inside. Other than that I was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again!」

「We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights in February and could easily have stayed a month... The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and a very short walk from dozens of great restaurants and shops, as well as the subway. Considering that the apartment is only one flight up from a vibrant street and has lots of windows, we couldn't believe how quiet it was. The owner sent along really clear instructions in advance -- checking in and out couldn't have been easier. We would definitely stay here...

"We stayed for 6 nights, two people. The room was spacious enough, cleaned thoroughly every day, and the hotel was very comfortable overall. Breakfast was a bit pricey, but you can choose from a menu and enjoy generous portions of freshly prepared, delicious meals every morning. It’s close to the subway stations, the Staten Island Ferry terminal is right nearby, and the Stock Exchange and World Trade Center are within walking distance. The surroundings are very quiet, with nice ocean views—it’s a great hotel. For longer stays, having a laundry and gym on site is extremely convenient."
