「Très bel hôtel et très bien situé. Personnel sympathique et très belle chambre. J’ai trouvé la douche propre, mais sans plus pour un hôtel de ce calibre. Des traces de moissisure sont inacceptables à mon humble avis mais je recommande cet hôtel sans problème, et j’y retournerais Seul bémol, le prix des articles dans le minibar sont ridiculement trop élevé, si je compare à d’autres hôtels, comparables à cet établissement.」

「のんびり静かに過ごせました。 リバービューの景色も最高でした。 浴槽も大きく、バルコニーも広いように思います。 リバービューでの朝食は贅沢でした。 朝食では、普段フルーツをあまり好まないのですが、フルーツがとても美味しく沢山頂いてしまいました。沢山の種類のフルーツがありました。 再度、滞在出来るよう・・・両親にもプレゼント出来るよう・・・ お仕事頑張ろう！と思いました。 毎回、５ツ星ホテルもしくは４ツ星ホテルに滞在しますが、 私の中で再度滞在させて頂きたいと思えるホテルでした。 滞在させて頂き、大変ありがとうございました☆彡 」

「Excellent in every regard. Brilliant hotel. Great walk along the river into the centre that adds to the excitement of visiting Porto. Port houses within metres of the hotel makes it even more wow. Balconies and terraces and the views are wonderful. The rooms and suites are very well appointed, super comfortable bed, great shower room, the mini kitchen was excellent, the minibar and snacks on another great level of care and thought. Meal and drinks very good indeed. Service was exceptional...

「A wonderful hotel, quiet hotel in the heart of Porto. Now out go to spot when we are in town. Out only annoyance on this trip was the hotel wanting an early check in fee of 30 euros even though our room was ready for us to occupy anyway. 」
