「素晴らしい」

「よかった点：古民家を改修し、城郭都市ヨークの中心部に比較的安く宿泊できた。 悪い点：①WifiがMacは使用できず。②トイレから低い唸り音が聞こえ、電灯を消しても消えない。」

「Wow! What a hotel, from the moment we arrived at the hotel to when we left, everything was superb. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much for them, greeting you at the door and collecting your luggage, parking your car, a hello and a smile from everyone you met. Our room was excellent, large comfy bed, lovely bathroom with a loo that lifted its own lid and had a heated seat, which my wife thought was wonderful! 「There was a capsule coffee maker in the room, milk was available at the reception and could be put in the mini fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable.」

「Room was wonderful, window with fresh air was so appreciated as we were both recovering from being sick while traveling. Monica welcomed us with an efficient and informative check-in and shared parking details and recommended we visit the Turkish Baths, so we did! Great location about a 10 minute walk from most things. All in all, a lovely visit, and wishing Monica and co-owner all good things. If we pass through Harrogate again, there is only one place we will stay!」
