"It was my first time staying in an Only You property and it surpassed all of my expectations. The property was brand new and everything from the lobby, bar, and all the seating areas was exquisitely decorated. The room was also gorgeous and equipped with every amenity you can imagine—ladies there was a flatiron and tweezers kept among many other items in a beautiful box in the bathroom! The shower pressure was also incredibe. And not the mention the outstanding service by all the hotel staff....

But, if you’re looking for a hotel in a great location, that is also quiet, and with outstanding service, this is it. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a small balcony. "We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...

"Pretty property but services overstated. None of the staff spoke English. They were unable to process credit cards but didnt tell us that when we checked in. Had to walk all over town looking for ATM to check out. Person in room under us had TV full volume until after midnight. Called front desk they did not address the situation. They seemed understaffed. Restaurant was not great. "
