「The staff at the hotel were really friendly and caring. They served us well and were always there to help with anything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Hurghada. The all-inclusive experience was great, with plenty of pools and beaches to choose from.」

「Pros: Good hotel, Food is perfect, New renovated hotel, Staff is helpful. Cons: Reception staff is not professional enough, calling reception from room is a nightmare, reception is mostly occupied and in a small area, SPA is very expensive and not professional at all, Beach bed is muddy, slippery and not good at all Pool bars serve only beverages, no snacks permitted!! No night entertainment!! 」

「Wir hatten ein tolles, geräumiges und sehr sauberes Familienzimmer. Das Zimmer war top. Auch am Strand hat es uns supergut gefallen. Es war kaum jemand am Strand ausser uns, die meisten bevorzugten den überfüllten Pool. Dort war viel laute Musik und Animationsprogramm…… und vorallem: Kinder, Kinder und noch mehr Kinder. Alle maximal im Kindergartenalter. Die meisten Familien hatten 2-3 Kleinkinder/Babies. Ich liebe Kinder, unsere sind aber bereits im Teenageralter, so waren wir etwas fehl am...

「良い点としては、施設や設備は清潔に管理されていて快適、施設はプール２つ、プライベートビーチ、24時間のジム、レストランは複数あり選べる状況（ただし、混み合う時期は予約が必要）、朝食ブッフェは種類も豊富で大満足、部屋は十分な広さを備えたプールビューで紅海も見える眺望、スタッフの対応も良かった。悪い点としては、夕方等の一部の時間帯においてWiFiがつながらない状況があり、シャワールームの水圧は良い一方で排水が悪いため水が溜まる状況、アメニティ不足（歯ブラシ等）あり。」

「Die gesamte Anlage und der Garten sind wirklich wunderschön. Das Essen ist gut könnte aber an manchen Stellen etwas besser gewürzt sein, was in solchen Ländern eigentlich sonst kein Thema ist. Die Zimmer haben schon länger keine Renovierung erfahren, leider ist die Dusche eine Fehlkonstruktion und es läuft in Strömen heraus. Das war in beiden Zimmern der Fall, die wir hatten. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zu Späßen aufgelegt. Allerdings tendieren einige dazu den Service langsamer zu...

Besonders der hervorragende Service von unserem Kellner Mostafa hat alles übertroffen. Es wurde sehr abwechslungsreich und vor allem regional gekocht, was uns sehr erfreute und auch eine hervorragende Qualität war. Das gesamte Personal legt großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. 「This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious,clean and some of them renovated recently. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym. The beach is at walking...
