Each member of the team that I have met was friendly, welcoming and no request was to difficult In particular want to mention the outstanding service offered by the MO Club Staff team (Apology for not remembering. The name of the ladies) They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where met. Also want to mention he Front desk team for also providing and exceptional service that always welcoming and friendly I highly recommend Mandarin Oriental Pudong to any person visiting shanghai "

"Room was spotless and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to help whenever possible. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of different cuisines. Location is on the Bund and it doesn’t get better than that. Many shopping malls nearby and historic attractions are just a short walk away. Besides its rich cultural heritage and history, I highly recommend staying here for its convenience and excellent service."

"Overall the stay was great and we enjoyed our time at IFC. Room and facilities were clean and comfortable, the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen appliances were provided. We had a partial view of the pearl tower which was nice. Breakfast buffet spread was average and taste was bland. Location whilst good (connected to the high end IFC mall) - is on the quiet end of the bund. "
