"The hotel itself is beautiful, the pools are mostly great. We had a swim up room and the pool outside was the worst pool of all, the window sill had caved in, the pool floor damaged, the fan control broken, pillows uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend the room type for the price we paid but the hotel is great. The service wasn’t fantastic, we weren’t advised where amenities such as gym were on check in and later found out we had to leave the resort and cross the road to access."

"The hotel looks great following renovations, reception staff were friendly and the cleaning staff on floor 6 were very friendly and helpful. The location is central to the train station and walkable to town. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent, very well laid out with everything available. "Cons: The hotel parking was full and the street parking was full, being a Saturday night. We ended up parking a few blocks away. The breakfast was very underwhelming and basic for the price. Pros: The room was very clean and the staff were friendly."

"The reason for my overnight stay was related to business which meant a late check in and an early check out. The property was beautifully maintained, quiet, all the staff were so accommodating and friendly, car parking was easy. The Japanese restaurant was wonderful.
