「Excellent resort. I would recommend to family and friends」

「I've been coming to Hotel Palace for the last 3 years in the heat of the summer and I must say I was pleasently surprised by the warm welcome and the personal attention that is given to each guest. For us specifically, we had the manager, amazing lady, telling us about the past of the hotel industry in Bulgaria, the history of the region and many more local tips that made our stay great. We will come back with our friends again in August - looking forward! 」

「Buffet same food every day and not sanitary 」

「Sehr gutes Hotel, gutes Essen, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ruhig gelegen (zu Fuß etwa 25 Minuten ins Zentrum) - insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel und absolut empfehlenswert 」

「Hotel nie zasluguje na 5*. Jedzenie słabe, brak obsługi kelnerskiej, drinki serwowanw w papierowych kubkach. Pokojowki nie sprzataja a po ich wizycie w pokoju pozostaje na dlugo smrod starego potu. Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Wstyd, ze Melia jako siec pozwala sobie na tak slaba jakosc.」

「Water in the pool was very cold. Wifi not reliable.All Barcelo hotels should offer the same quality of service but this was not the case in sunny beach hotel」

「Lejlighed var i orden, men det var for dårligt, at der som minimum ikke var et eller 2 viskestykker og klude til at tørre køkkenredskaberne af. Der var for lidt service (bestik, glas, tallerkener, krus). Ikke særlig god standard for et 5-stjernet hotel. Morgenmaden var meget kedelig og ens uden variation og udendørs pool var for lille. Man kunne heller ikke få solvogn, hvis man ikke kom tidligt. Mange tjenere på hotellets restaurant fremstod ligeglade og var ikke imødekommende. 」

「Very limited breakfast. You had to stay in line for about 10 minutes to get a small cap of coffee. No towels for the beach. No area on the beach - you have to pay or stay in empty 'free zone'.」

「Terrible, forget to clean our room and than clean very unprofessionaly. From 22:15 no hot wather supply and we have to leave hotel without taking shower. Unfreindly staff. Weak security. Restaurants options very limited. Location great」
