「An active coffee estate doubles up as a well maintained nature resort. Food was excellent, the nature walks were good. The resort organised the safari ride booking in Nagarhole (Nanachi gate). 」

「Asish, Abhishek, Rupali, Akash ( house keeping) , Anamika, Praveen, Rupa ( check in), and the naturalists, shanmugam and vishnu were the best! Hospitality, food quality, service were the Best we have experienced across globe. Shanmugam’s knowledge of the forest, animals, birds is another level. Vishnu was a wonderful safari host who showed a great deal of the foresf and the animals. Thank you to all the staff. We will be back. They deserve a 12 out of 10 rating」

「This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. The rooms are magnificent, with a balcony overlooking the grounds and lake. The large bed was very comfortable and the staff efficient and friendly. The chef is amazing! Try the Goan fish curry. 」

「I was a bit sceptical when I made the booking, especially because the reviews I read before I made the booking weren’t very supportive. But from the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we could say that the reviews were totally wrong. We were looked after with genuine warmth, care, and friendliness that made our stay truly amazing. The food was a set menu, which worked out great for us. It was homely and delicious. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure the guests were treated right....

「This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful.」

「We paid and booked on Hotels.com. We reached the resort in the evening- after driving fro 4 hours with family., We were shocked to find the Resort CLOSED. NO INTIMATION, WHATSOVER... and they claim to be in the Hospitality business.. How callous and irresponsible... Will never recommend this resort to anyone- Highly Unprofessional.」

I rushed and reached as per the communication, and came to know that i cannot join the Safari, as the reporting time was 1 hour earlier and this was not communicated to me.」
