Check in was easy and great. They provided a welcome drink and snack. The staff was very friendly throughout the whole stay. The room was nice and clean. I really liked the room as it was kind of by itself up on the hill. Having the pool just outside the room was great and the hot tub was amazing, especially at night. The property was always being cleaned and the grounds were very clean also. Breakfast was good with the buffet, room service also made good food. Overall this was a great property...

For the villa grill dinner, only chef and waiter should stay there for duration of the dinner. The other helpers should leave and come back to clean once the dinner is finished.

The experience was unforgettable: The way the rooms were built in the mountains adapting and respecting nature. The views from the hotel of the ocean and sky was breathtaking. The staff was outstanding, friendly and polite. The food at the restaurants was delicious, fresh and perfect presentation. I will highly recommend Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.

A very luxurious hotel. In a great location- 5 minutes driving from the Chaweng road where all the action at night is. The hotel offers a wide set of amenities. The swimming pool & beach are amazing, and so is the entire hotel ground.

We booked the hotel because of the good reviews. We were not disappointed on the contrary. Couldn’t be any better. I am traveling a lot so I know hotels. Very friendly staff asking for further help or assistance and giving it happily. The hotel is very clean, quiet and the food in the restaurants are very delicious.

This resort is perfect for a nice getaway vacation with your loved ones. Two pools with an accessible small beach, rooms are nice and resort is very romantic. Not so much to do nearby, so research what you want to do and how you would get there before you book a hotel on the island.

Our stay at Ammatara Pura Pool Villas was absolutely amazing. The staff were truly exceptional—from the front desk team who provided wonderful recommendations to the breakfast crew who made us feel like family every morning. The service alone made this stay unforgettable. The property itself is stunning, and the villa offered a gorgeous, authentic Thai home experience for our time there. We cannot wait to return!

Every aspect of the facility and our experiences there were outstanding. The only suggestion I would make is regarding dairy housekeeping. The staff are wonderful but they are provided with a broom rather than a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. The result is some accumulation of dust etc in the corners and remote areas of the room. Understanding that speed of turnover is important, but in light of the low cost and high availability of labor, hiring additional workers and purchasing vacuum cleaners...

Had a fabulous stay at this beautiful resort. The pool is incredible, along with big comfortable outdoor furniture and lovely lounges. The beach is stunning, so clean and soft white sand...probably our favourite beach on Koh Samui. Staff were great and the breakfast was the most amazing we've ever seen in Thailand. A shame they've painted the resort as the blue and white it used to be was very fresh and hip, now it looks a bit old-fashioned, surprised at the Sheraton as the interior colours are...

Excellent service, excellent food and an amazing pool villa!

Our stay was jsut fantastic. We booked 2 rooms and got a free upgrade to a bigger room jsut because the hotel had it available and thought having 4 children (like we had) it would be more convinient. The location itself doesnt look very promising but once you enter inside the hotel it is very stylish and modern, with a lounge music playing at the pool bar making it more like a party to begin venue (but not annoying whats so ever). We spent a week in the Sala Samui. Everything was great! Our villa with a pool was fantastic. The friendly service, the breakfast, and the pools/beach were wonderful too.

Excellent hotel. Our family had a very relaxing time at this resort. Food was great, staff were super friendly, and the views were amazing. I definitely plan on coming back to this property.

The staff treated us like VIP guests from the check-in until the check-out. Henry was AMAZING and made sure our trip was a memorable one. I definitely will be returning to this property the next time I take to Thailand!

One thing that stood out at this resort was their excellent service, especially at the restaurant and pool bar. The beach is little rocky but more than made up by all the positives at the resort.

Tangsai bay resort is a environmentally beautiful relaxing place. We had a mountain side villa which was spacious and romantic with huge outside deck and comfortable large living room bedroom and bathroom area. Clean and comfortable beautiful view of sea. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Only criticism is that no air conditioning in any of the restaurants although the food was plentiful and tasty. Overall strongly recommend it.
