First, the hotel is beautiful and the ball is amazing!!!! The service is outstanding. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Lyon!!!

Location, staff ,food !!!!!! Service was amazing . Staff super helpful. Can't have a better area to be in. Room was great with wonder amenities and housekeeping services. Would go back in a heart beat and just a general over all comment... what a great city

This was a great hotel and we enjoyed it very much and would go back again. The dinner at the restaurant was the best of our French trip and we had some very good meals.

We have 3 kids age 17, 12 and 11 and we all fit perfect. We arrived on a friday and took a swim in the property pool which was super relaxing. Saturday morning breakfast was included and it was a perfect French breakfast. My kids are picky and they were in love. We left early sunday and the property owner Sylvie was amazing enough to...
