We experienced staff that were accommodating and friendly both in the hotel and at Sol Bar. The amenities such as chai tea, bottle water, bicycles and complimentary Mercedes Benz made it worth it. Sol Spa was a tranquil experience until the cashier presumptively added a tip onto my bill and practically embarrassed me so I'd sign it. Apparently, that is what the Sol Spa suggests clients to pay.
