"The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. Location was excellent although I would recommend taking the metro if you want to explore other neighborhoods. The free historic walking tour that meets in the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast on the roof top was breathtaking. "

Only complaint is that I unfortunately did not stay longer due to a connecting flight the next morning. Definitely will stay there again when I am in Mexico City."

"The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. Bartender at night gave good recommendations on drinks and food. Convenient store was directly across the street to one side and a taco stand on the other. The food there was 10/10."

"This is an older hotel with lots of history. The Phone Bar was excellent. The Buenos Dias restaurant was excellent. The staff who seemed to be security were not always friendly. The room was clean and large but bed was too firm. Great location in the Zona Rosa and walkable to many sites. "

"The staff were excellent. The Hotel was super clean. They lost hot water our last day. Our room faced the busy street side so lots of morning traffic. The breakfast was awesome. Eggs, pancakes to order besides buffet. Awesome location to walk all over Zócalo and historic area. "
