"The property has parking and is in a very good location. It’s an easy walk to the beach & there are lots of great restaurants nearby. There were a couple of small issues like a blown globe in a lamp on our arrival. The kitchen is not very well stocked. There was only one wine glass. I know there’s a no party policy, but that seems extreme. Apart from that, the apartment was comfortable enough for myself & my two children for our six night stay. "

"The location is great, a few min walk to the beach. The best part was being able go see the penguins on the pier. However there is a super noisy hotel bar right next to the building where drunk kids are shouting until 3am and the apt is not very well acoustically insulated so you can hear the noise! This place is not child friendly with heavy glass doors that shut quickly so it’s quite dangerous for little kids. Also picking up the key from a Managment office 15 min drive from the apartment was...

"The man who checked us in was amazing and then the rest of the staff after that were not very helpful. The manager was quite rude. We were staying in Melbourne for a national swim meet and my son has special dietary needs, I struggled to be able to cook him a couple of pieces of toast in the morning. The person on the last day of our stay refused, we felt like an inconvenience even though the place was almost empty. The rooms were awesome but the rest was a let down."
