"The staff was helpful and the room very clean!"

"Everything was good. The gym is much better than most hotel gyms. We just had one slight glitch when housekeeping didn’t replace the soiled towel I left on the floor. I called down and got extra towels promptly so not really a complaint. It would be nice if coffee and tea were left out all day."

"The location is perfect but expect traffic congestion to make navigating the entrance for valet parking. The staff were attentive and polite. The checkout system via the TV was not working and the billed charges were incorrect so I had to check out at the desk. Unfortunately, I did have time to use the amenities. Good value."

"Beautiful hotel, so close to all of the historic attractions in Philly, plus great shopping and dining. Couldn’t get a seat at the bar upstairs even though it was totally empty because everything was reserved. Parking is kind of a nightmare, so whatever your total for the hotel is tack on another $35/night for parking in a nearby garage."

The location is unbeatable, close to everything and safe. There’s anything you need in the area, walking distance to museums and delicious pizza, as a New Yorker I care about those things.
