「Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en este hotel. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, limpias y bien cuidadas. La ubicación es excelente, ya que está muy cerca de las playas y de varios lugares para visitar y comer. El personal fue amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. Nos sentimos cómodos y bien atendidos durante toda nuestra estancia. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaríamos y al que nos gustaría regresar en el futuro.」

「My room is always very clean at the Westin (which should be the standard everywhere but unfortunately isn't, so of course it's always a relief to walk into a clean hotel room). However, the first day I was there, the pool was pretty murky/dirty and I did not want to use it. I did bring this to their attention. The next morning it looked like it had been properly shocked and cleaned. The QR code to order room service online was glitchy, but I called the front desk and they were very accomodating...

「We had a few issues with our room. It was advertised as having a kitchenette, but instead it only had a mini fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and microwave—there was no sink as shown in some of the photos. Our room was also located next to an elevator, and the noise was constant, both late at night and early in the morning. A heads-up about the location would have been appreciated since we have small children. Additionally, the bathroom floor tile appeared damaged from water, it was lifted. The...

「This is a beautiful property. There were a few un expected things that happen. The beach chairs and umbella were not both included although I called in advance and was told they were. The guy said it had something to do do with our rate, which was through Expedia and shouldn't be reffered to like that. Then the drinks were very watery and my group only ordered the one. It had a lovely onsite restaurant but it took at least 30 minutes for our breakfast to arrive and there was only three tables...
