「I stayed there last September and this hotel charged deposit by mistake. I sent email to hotel a few time about refund the deposit, but never replied at all.
I stayed this hotel again last week so that I brought the proof of deposit, which was deducted from my credit card.
Reception of this hotel said they will check the situation.
Then I returned to the reception to hear the result, and receptionist said it will refund soon. However deposit was never refund at all.
