"Convenient location and a lovely view of the cathedral from our window."

"It is supposed to be a 4-Star hotel. You are greeted with a sofa in reception that belongs in a rubbish dump. Our Room (41) was up top and so our windows were small with views of rooftops and the lovely storks nesting. Yes it meant it was quiet but we missed a street view and the passing Semana Santa processions which we came for. Our room was like a studio flat with mis-matched furniture and TV awkwardly positioned - you had to be careful not to cut yourself on the window frame if you opened a window and wanted to move pass a glass top table. Not 4-star design. Also much water was wasted as it took several minutes for the shower hot water to start. Not eco friendly. The staff however were lovely. Shame about the property itself. This should not advertise itself as 4-star. "

"El hotel muy limpio , los desayunos muy completos y ricos . La hab. Linda ordenada y muy amplia . Acceso al centro de la ciudad en 10 min caminando . Su personal muy atento. "

"Although, allow guest to control the AC, during the stay, the AC was handled remotely. Room temperature was ridiculously hot. "
