「The breakfast was excellent and Gloria is a sweet person. Drinks were a bit overpriced. Loved the seats by the river, the pool, game room and breakfast room」

「This is a spectacular property. See other reviews for details. I would warn other that the check in tech was not able to find my reservation. Help button at the unmanned desk did not summon anyone. I had to find the confirmation email and call the number. I was then given the wrong room number by that person. I think the link between Expedia and the property is weak, and the timing of the texts the property sends was late to me.」

「The place was not cleaned well. The water was off we had to call the front desk. The Diswasher was fully of dishes. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No paper towel in the kitchen, not even one to start. The wall in the kitchen was dirty」

「I can show pictures of the unit that was very different than described. I paid extra for a Mountain View for 3 nights - and it was not Mountain View. We were in a different building at the bottom of the hill a 8 min freeezing cold and icy walk to the pool area. 」
