「The check-in went fine until we tried to unlock our door. Our key did not work. I went to the front desk and after several attempts, new keys were cut to fit the lock. The staff is very nice and the poolside is comfortable with poolside food service. The alcoholic and non-alcoholic bar drinks were not the best at the hotel. There are several restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area. 」

「This was our 6 or 7 time at The Reeds. We love Stone Harbor and The Reeds is the only place we would stay. The staff from check in to check out couldn’t be more helpful. We met the President and GM this trip. A special shoutout to Diane, concierge! She’s wonderful and has gone above and beyond each time we’ve been there」

「This was our third stay at the Icona, room 229. The room was extremely cold upon arrival. We tried increasing the temperature, without success. We finally turned the AC off and the room stayed cool enough for us. As with the last two years, even with AC running all the time, the carpet is never completely dry. The lighting in the bathroom is awful, for both of us. My husband thought it was too dark for shaving and I could not see to apply make up. There is a magnifying mirror but...

John took extremely good care to get us checked in properly. Additionally; his breakfasts prepared each morning gave us energy for the day. Highly recommend.」
