「The property is well located and within easy walking distance to the beach and centre of Whitby. Bill was there on arrival to welcome us and had an information sheet for check in with the key being in a key safe. Parking was not ideal and had to drive around for @ 10 mins to find an on street parking place which was several streets away from the accommodation. 「泊まった部屋は3階で建物の側面全体を占める広い部屋で、特に居住スペースの配置が面白く窓もたくさんあり、古い良い家具やしつらえをそのまま残しながらうまく利用していてとてもゆったりと過ごせた。マナーハウスが好きでこれまでも数々のマナーハウスに泊まってきたがここもまた建物、環境、庭、ホール、廊下、食堂どれをとってもこれぞマナーハウス！と満足した。スタッフも掃除の人に至るまでホスピタリティにあふれ洗練されていてレベルが高かった。わざわざにでもまたゆっくり過ごしに行きたいホテルのにとつである。」

「Great breakfast in room 」

「Had a two night stay in Room 1. Staff all friendly and helpful. WiFi was on the blink.so not available on our room. They said they needed to fix it. Room was spacious. Lovely bathroom but lighting in both room and bathroom could be brighter. Water hot but found controls on shower difficult to adjust. Tea making facilities all good but I brought my own herbal tea - only standard tea available. Small bottle of still and sparkling water provided.」

「The room was clean and functional. Plenty of parking. The receptionist who checked me in was miserable and didn’t make me feel welcome. Pretty sure I was the only one staying there. The hotel is very tired in most respects. It’s quite isolated also so you need a car to get anywhere. My room was located very close to the A19 so a lot of road traffic noise.」

「Parking on site was great. lovely pub very close by, owners very friendly and helpful. 」

「The food was excellent and the potions enormous. It was rather remote so you needed a car to visit Durham. The park and ride (Belmont) was excellent but you will need sat nav to find it.Uber was £19 to Durham. Most of the staff very friendly a couple not so but didn’t spoil our stay」

「Parking was easy . We were given a parking permit cost £5 parking street of guest house.」
