「私の宿泊した部屋には、電話もエアコンもテレビもありませんでした。
電話をかけたい時は、 レセプションの電話を使わせてもらいました。
不便と思われる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、そうしているとホテルスタッフと打ち解けていき、滞在中は様々な要望に応えていただく事になりました。
部屋には窓ガラスがなく、壁の多くの部分が格子になっています。風通しが良く大変快適に滞在できました。
また、網戸は設置されていないので格子から虫や小鳥が出入りし放題です。驚くこともありますが、結構楽しませてもらいました。
風光明媚なロケーションで、日本のホテルでは味わう機会がない良質な滞在ができたことに満足しています。」

「I truly enjoyed my time at Ti Kaye. From the airport pickup, onsite spa services, delicious food at the restaurants onsite, scuba diving/snorkeling instruction to the airport drop off - me and my husband was extremely impressed with the hospitality and offerings of the resort each day. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The only downside was the distance to other places outside the resort, but that was easily remedied when the resort offered...

「We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10」
