"Staff very friendly Comfort excellent Cleanliness by pool not so good. Restaurant outside seating area filthy floor and filthy glass. Couldn’t even see out it. "

"Really LOVE this hotel but the service was a bit off and the staff needs some training. Often staff was not present when needed them - noticed there was empty coffee cups and garbage in the common areas all day long never picked up while staff was chatting in the halls. Check-in very slow and staff overall inattentive, surprising for a place like this, loved everything else!"

"Tidelines is beautiful. Pool and beach are great. Room was spacious and well appointed. Close by to golf course other restaurants and is walkable to other nearby properties. Ocean view is breathtaking. Staff seemed very busy when I arrived. Seemed a little understaffed at the time; however after I left the property and I had an issue with leaving something behind, they went above and beyond to ensure that it was shipped to me at home. Would definitely stay again. "
