"Honestly I can't fault anything in this resort, my family and I stayed 9 nights and can't wait to come back. the service and staff are simply excellent. They are courteous, professional, and pleasant. The cleaning of the whole site is impeccable, an army of cleaners make sure that all is in order, in very short time. "Has such a great time at Nascar hotel and the lovely village of Santa Maria Navarrese. The hotel is very close to a beautiful beach where the hotel also provides you with deckchairs and an umbrella. Breakfasts consists of a big selection of fruits, bread, pastries, fresh juices and cheeses. Add on top of that freshley cooked eggs and omlettes, run by very professional and friendly staff. Spotless and clean rooms. Highly recommended if in the area. "

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the options of beaches and pools were brilliant, we enjoyed the nature park and gardens and the breakfast and dinner buffets were good with lots of choice (including always at least 1 option for vegetarians). The rooms in Borgo are simple, traditionally styled and comforable. With spacious bedrooms and great bathroom."

"Service is 5-6 stars here. They go out of their way to do things you wouldn’t expect from a 4 star hotel. For example, they went to the police to pay my parking ticket, they went to he supermarket to buy my baby formula, they gave us extra room free of charge to make sure our family of 4 was comfortable. "We spent our honeymoon here and it was extremely special. Lovely and quiet which was expected as it was the shoulder season. We were upgraded which made our stay extra special. The restaurant serves beautiful food, the vegetables and herbs are fresh from the gardens around the hotel. The staff were incredible, our Italian wasn’t brilliant but we all made an effort and were able to understand one another. Definitely recommend this hotel if you like your hiking and cycling, or just relaxation!"
