Très bel hôtel avec un personnel accueillant, des chambres propres, une belle piscine et un bon petit-déjeuner. Une suggestion : proposer un espace ou un service de séchage des vêtements et des maillots de bain avant le départ, à un tarif raisonnable. Ce serait un vrai plus pour les voyageurs qui éviteraient de rentrer avec des affaires encore mouillées.

This hotel is a good choice for budget travelers wanting to explore Cost Smeralda. It is less than 1 hour drive from all surrounding area, which made it convenient. The property had its glory days but is now a bit worn down in need of modern upgrades. It is a large property, with free parking, nice pool, playground, soccer field, great for families. The room were spotless. They need updates but were clean, AC worked well & we slept comfortably. Included breakfast was also good. Overall, we had a good stay. They staff was courteous & we enjoyed our time there.

Mooi hotel, prima eten!

Mooi hotel met mooie kamers. Verwacht geen animatie maar een rustige omgeving, zalig. Wij hadden half pension: heerlijk eten aan een zeer schappelijke prijs. Onze raad: neem zeker half pension, je zal het je niet beklagen.

Bel hôtel. Malheureusement lors de notre séjour nous avions un groupe de motard constamment au bar ou autour de la piscine qui faisait bien trop de bruit (et entendait leur linge au balcon ce qui gâche un peu l'expérience hôtel 4 étoiles). Autre chose très dérangeante, on ne peut pas régler la clim comme on veut. Des clients avaient froid donc l'hôtel a tout passé en mode chauffage, et ceux qui avaient chaud ne pouvaient plus rafraîchir leur chambre. Ça me semble loufoque mais c'dsr l'explication qui nous a été donné. Autre détail troublant, c'est l'établissement qui rajoute des frais si on paye la taxe de séjour par carte... Ça fait tellement radin et pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

We stayed at Arbatax Hotel for four nights with my family and were given room 132 on the first floor. Unfortunately, I would definitely not recommend this particular room. Until around 11:30 pm, loud music from the restaurant downstairs could be clearly heard in the room. On two of the nights, we could also hear very loud music from what seemed to be a nightclub nearby, probably across the road, until around 3–4 am. This made it very difficult to sleep. The hotel has an old-fashioned style, and I appreciate that they have tried to preserve its original character. However, the bathroom was a major disappointment. The shower tray is only about 1 cm high, so when you take a shower, water flows out onto the bathroom floor and the entire toilet area becomes flooded. We reported this problem to reception on our first day. We explained that we could not properly use the bathroom when the whole floor was wet and asked either for the room to be changed or for the shower to be repaired. Unfortunately, neither request was accepted. Nobody came to inspect the problem. Instead, we were simply given some extra towels. This was particularly disappointing because we expected the hotel to take such a basic maintenance issue seriously. The safe in our room also did not work. Eventually, someone came to repair it and we were told that the battery was dead. When we asked why it had not been checked before our arrival, the response was that nobody had complained about it before, which I found

It is a nice hotel but if your room is on the first floor it is VERY LOUD from the rooms above you. I had to complain 2 times about it being so loud in my room that I am being woken up from sleep and the staff did not offer me to move to a different room. It was not a relaxing stay at all and I would never stay at this hotel again.

Very noisy! We had room 102 and I think it was either above or below the kitchen, as it was noisy till late at night and then the noise started up again at 3:00am. Very disappointing and not very relaxing

Das Personal war wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist rustikal aber ganz niedlich und auch sauber. Hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen, unsere klospülung hatte einen Riss und einige Kleinigkeiten könnten mal erneuert werden. Minus Punkte gibt’s für zwei Dinge, die Heizung im Bad ging nicht - somit war es kaum möglich seine StrandHandtücher und Badesachen trocken zu bekommen da wir auch keinen Balkon oder sonstige Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen hatten.. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar, bis 11 Uhr war angeschrieben, aber teilweise wurde um 10 nicht mehr nachgelegt. Generell war die Auswahl jeden Tag identisch eine Sorte scheibenKäse, eine Sorte Salami eine Sorte Schinken und zwei mal in der Woche war Schinken leer also nur Salami. Am letzten Tag war dann leider auch kein Kaffee mehr möglich da die Maschinen beide defekt waren. Die Lage ansich ist ganz gut, es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze und man läuft 5 Minuten zum Hafen. Die Straße runter ist ein sehr süßes Café und auch Restaurants sind Flussläufen erreichbar.

What a gem! Lovely hotel that makes you feel like you visit a private mansion. Calm and relaxing atmosphere, well maintained, nice restaurants and welcoming staff. The garden with a 1000+ year old «tree of life» at the entrance area is excellently designed. Well done to the family that converted their house to this hotel.

Non conoscevamo la struttura e viste le ottime recensioni, abbiamo deciso con la mia ragazza di soggiornarvi. E' stata una piacevole sorpresa. Struttura a due passi dal porto di Arbatax, di piccole dimensioni, molto curata, pulita e ben tenuta. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo usufruito della SPA, molto bella, pulita, curata; dotata di bagno turco, sauna, piscina idromassaggio, doccia emozionale. Ristorante di ottima qualità con vasta carta di vini. La cena è stata accompagnata dalla piacevole musica del pianista. Sicuramente torneremo. Lo consiglio vivamente

Struttura molto pulita e con personale gentilissimo. Non abbiamo fatto uso di piscina e spa in quanto eravamo sempre in giro. Ristorante ottimo.
