「Customer service was great!! Big up Toni-Ann at check in. Need more cleaning staff to main the the rooms and ensure check in time is ontime, I’m not sure if it’s because of the impact of the storm Mellissa that had impacted Jamaica , they are still working to get back on business. Because our phone and tv wasn’t working and little to no effort was made to approach the issue. Limited options at the bar, cocktail wasn’t cocktailing 」

「I loved this property, breakfast and bar staff was great. I came in a bit early but check in was smooth. Very close to the beach. I stayed one night with my husband and my toddler. My toddler enjoyed the swing, the fish, the views and he loved the peacock. My partner and I enjoyed the outside seating and the garden. Btw for a small hotel I loved the amenities and the complimentary drinks.」
