「This is a very nice resort and the spa area is excellent. Also the suites on the new building are really nice and comfortable however, there are a lot of minus point that I never saw before: 1. Half Board: if you are looking into breakfast and dinner, please take into account that the buffet is getting smaller and smaller, they do not replace the food, they simply downsize the buffet, I never saw this before but the difference between 8:30 am and 9:30 is Terrible! also during dinner, make sure...

「Very well equipped place, amazing bed+bathroom, great location, nice people」

「Dit was onze tweede keer in dit hotel. En het blijft een vaste waarde. Alles was prima. Wij zullen zeker terug komen.」

「The stuff is very kind. There aren't USB plugins in the guest room so that ask the frontdesk.」

「Room was very clean but small and limited storage space 」

「Wirklich ein sehr tolles Apartment, Top Lage, sehr Modern.

「had was not what we had expected. We had a basement room with no view (not fitting for the hotel name). When we asked to check out early due to the room and poor weather, it was a no from the hotel. We left a day early but still paid for the room! So, word of advice: check what room you get. I’m sure some are very nice, at least the pictures look like it - ours was not, if you expect to see daylight :-/ It’s located in very beautiful surroundings with brilliant hikes!」

「Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Rauhallinen ja tilava huone. Hyvä suksihuone ja mononkuivaimet. Bussipysäkki molempiin suuntiin laakso aivan hotellin lähellä.」
