「The room was clean and staff were friendly, but towel provided in the room were bit dirty and not washed properly. 」

「The location was great . The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on avoid level 2 room 8 . It was as hard as a rock , perhaps reception could have mattress toppers on hand should you need it which would have made all the difference from a good stay to a great stay . 」
