「great location within the town. Simply amazing」

「Great hotel Great staff.」

「Wir waren eine Woche da. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Saubere und große Zimmer. Das Hotel ist direkt am See. Sehr schönes Restaurant. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.」

「We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel and gardens are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing—everything from cooked-to-order omelettes, bacon, and eggs to fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and fresh juices in a lovely, fresh setting. The spa facilities (indoor pool, sauna, massages) looked top-notch. Location is ideal, just steps from Riva del Garda's old town. My only critique is that the rooms felt small and quite...

「Loved our stay here, we wished we had an extra night. Free bike rental and bus card, huge breakfast buffet, small buffet from 5-7 before supper, super friendly staff, great area! Facilities were spotless, pool was heated. 10/10 would recommend this stay! Also right across from the best gelato I’ve had in my entire life」

「Reception, restaurant, cleaning, all staff are very kindly！ We took care of 7 nights here. The room was cleaned cleanly every day. We were satisfied with many kinds of breakfast. All the staff are very kind.so,we were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also great. I definitely want to use it when I visit here‼︎ 」

「Best thing was the views! And location was close to the town. We had s good time」

「Servizi deludenti, manutenzione imprecisa, mancavano balsamo (solo su richiesta) e detergenti intimi (questi sconosciuti).

「Good location. Parking logistics are a bit challenging. Would have been good to have known parking logistics and checking logistics with a car prior.」
