"Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Our first night we ended up having to move rooms as something was wrong with the vent and it was very loud. Staff were lovely gave us keys to the new room and allowed us to move our things the next morning. Pool and hot tub were good. Room itself was okay not the cleanest but not too bad. We did book a non-smoking room but there was still a bit of a smoke smell. Something not mentioned is there is a free shuttle to the train station which is great. "

"Hotel was beautiful, I booked. because of the pool and hot tub however when I got there I was told the pool is not included and they wanted another $37.00 for two of us to go in the hot tub. Nowhere do they list this is extra the hotel advertising having these amenities, buyer beware."

"It was our first time in Japan and our flight landed at 9pm. We got on the free shuttle and it was very easy to locate. The hotel room was surprisingly huge and we had amenities including pyjamas. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was adequate with a lot of variety and the food was really tasty. Air conditioning was not great but there were fans and humidifiers available to rent for free on our floor, so we rented one. There was a currency exchange machine at the lobby and a Family Mart convenience store within the premises, where i did my luggage transfer swiftly and effortlessly. We spent two days at Gateway Hotel before moving to Tokyo and we took advantage of the free shuttle bus to the mall in Narita, where we got a feel of the area. We also got the free shuttle bus to the train station when we checked out. In all, it was a very pleasant stay and i would stay here again when next i visit."
