"The room was very clean and spacious, but I arrived at 10pm, and there was no food available, and the same was true for lunch at 11:00am."

"This hotel is close to the airport and includes free shuttle rides. That is the single benefit of staying here. Otherwise, don’t expect a comfortable experience. The rooms are extremely outdated and quite dirty. There’s only central A/C in the building so it’s very warm and stuffy in the rooms, and they also smell intensely of body odor. It’s also quite noisy with thin walls. There is a 24 hr Lawson’s on-site which is helpful because all the other restaurants are subpar and overpriced, and there’s nothing else close to the hotel. If you truly just need a relatively inexpensive place to crash for a night on your way in or out of Narita airport and don’t care about comfort, it’s fine. If you’re looking for a more positive hotel experience, look elsewhere."

"They had breakfast buffet. Also have shops and restaurants around the hotel. There was Aeon department store with 100 yen shops as well. Free bus shuttle service to the Narita airport. Narita train station was also near by to walk there if you didn’t have any heavy suitcases."

"Wonderful staff and breakfast, but the beds themselves were very firm. Too firm for my husband and I. Complimentary Breakfast though was top notch. Great buffet w rice and curry, yogurt, breads and pastries, and more"

"Staff was a bit unfriendly. Not very helpful I waited for someone to attend to me while I was standing at desk for 5-7 mns . Front desk staff didn't speak any English or well enough to communicate with me . However hotel was ok. Rooms were a bit outdated"
