"The staff was very accommodating and kind. We had some car troubles and they were more than happy to help us when it came to our luggage and checking out later. I would absolutely stay there again."

"The pool was visibly dirty and also cloudy. The indoor pool room smelled bad. Our room seemed pretty clean other than some stray hair in the shower, until we realized there was a very large spill(?) soaked into the carpet between the bed and bathroom. The staff was apologetic about it and it wasn’t noticeable with shoes on so I can see how they may have missed it, but still gross. "

"Overall the hotel and services are top notch. Museum, restaurant, amenities, and our room was excellent. The one issue that kept this review from achieving a better score was the 'drag race and tire burn out contest' at one in the morning midnight Saturday June 1 to early morning June 2 Sunday. For the hotel being located in the semi-exclusive "Library District" the hooliganism allowed by the city at that hour is ridiculous. Wouldn't hotel management at least report this activity so as to...

"The check-in process was quick and easy and it is within walking distance to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The roof top pool and bar were amazing. Can’t wait to enjoy this great hotel again in the future."

"Solo vacation from work. Location allowed for walk or scooter ride to many downtown locations. Room was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and food was good. Will go again."

"Check in went well, staff very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Beds not very comfortable (just ok), pillows way too soft. Restaurants just ok. Service s good, food was average. "

"The property was nice. Staff was friendly. There was wallpaper pealing in the corner of the room that needed to be fixed. Bathroom tub needed a rubber bath mat for safety. Not available in house keeping. Overall happy with our stay."

"The property is well maintained; the room was clean and spacious. It's convenient to the convention center. The staff was personable and professional. I would stay there again if in the area."

"The hotel room is always fabulous. Everything was clean. The only problem is the pillows smooshed down to a quarter of an inch. You need better pillows we were charged for $10 parking fee and the parking lot is probably well needed to have a repayment job it would’ve been nice to know that the facility charged $10 to park the car there."
