"Amazing location! My family of four stayed for five nights, in a room with four beds. We went to universal studios two days, Osaka Castle, Dotonbori and then hung around our local area to shop and enjoy. The train station is a short walk. The restaurants on level 8 is amazing and not too expensive. There is an arcade for kids on level 5 (i think) and amazing shopping all around. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel is situated directly in front of Universal Studios Japan. Very convenient and so many places to eat and shop at the city walk. The stay was amazing and the staff are very sweet and friendly. "

"Rooms are on the smaller end and the reception area is on the 2nd floor so there is some bottlenecking in the elevators. Great amenities and attention to detail - housekeeping is lovely Location is in a quieter area of Osaka but night life is big with a couple streets of bars and late night eats in back of the hotel. "Overall a good place to stay: clean and pretty new. The only thing I do not like is the breakfast, not many options. But there are several good restaurants (ramen restaurants, McDonald's, an Italian restaurant, etc.) and grocery stores nearby. "

"A little far away from the city center but with good connection though subway and free shuttle bus every 30min. It is good if you want to relax and disconnect from the big and crowded Japanese cities. We loved Kobe for that reason. Lovely city "

It was the best hotel we had in all of Japan but I can't give it 5 stars as I was attacked by another tourist during breakfast at this hotel so I can't give them full stars even though I really want to. I did nothing wrong and this crazy tourist harassed me two mornings in a row and on the second morning it got physical. The hotel did nothing to protect me. I did not feel safe at this hotel. "

"Very clean and tidy hotel, staff very friendly and happy to assist. They offered coffee/snacks throughout the day which was a bonus. The breakfast was different to the standard buffett breakfast, however still nice to try. "

"Everything is good except for the fact that the furniture is very old and worn. The chair in the room was very uncomfortable as the cushion had sunk in. There should be better maintenance done as the carpet looks very worn as well."
