「We check in and our reservation got mess up we stayed in 1 room for 1 night then the next morning we had to move out that room and was place in another room very inconvenience」

「Very mixed emotions after our last minute trip there this weekend. This was one of few choices available given the holiday weekend. It is a Hilton Property. Pros: Helpful Staff, Nice Beach, near airport and mall. Great food, even so the wait can be long to get served. Nice lounge to have a drink before heading to bed in the evening with great bartender! Cons: We got two extra towels from house keeping on day one never to see the staff again. We went all three days there without a single room...

「I was very disappointed with this property. The unit had a strong moldy smell and the floor felt damp. The balcony chairs were heavily rusted, and the balcony door handle was also very rusty. I even had to ask for air freshener because of the unpleasant odor. The price was extremely high for a 3-night stay, and the condition of the property did not match what I expected. Overall, it was not worth the cost, and I would not stay here again.」

「The best stay I have ever had」

「The unit was disgustingly filthy, you cannot walk in the unit in bare feet because your feet literally are black. There were toothpaste marks on the bathroom counter, as if somebody missed when they spit into the sink. The walls and the baseboards in the room have not been cleaned at all. The cleanliness quality made me feel like I was staying in the lowest grade motel out there. ( I have pictures to post) we were charged a significant resort fee for a 3 day stay, but there were very few...

「The condo was as advertised with beautiful ocean views. The pools were great with a lazy river and hot tub! Both bedrooms had their on suite bathroom which is a plus for families.」

「The only positive thing about this room was the view. Starting with the door, we thought we had the wrong code, but found out it just needed an extra hard push. I reported this and the back door handle that was loose, and was told they would notify the maintenance staff, nobody ever showed up. The room was okay, not at all what we expected. The kitchen was good, we cooked a couple of meals in it. It was missing a can opener so we purchased one and left it. The bathroom was horrible and small....
