"Staff great, hotel lovely, room nice - actual room was boiling constantly which impacted our sleep due to no working temp control in room and reception said they’d sort it but it did not seem to make a difference. "

"This was the 4th time staying at The Saga over the past 6 years. We love the updated lobby and bar. Slightly disappointed that there were a few shortcuts in the room - no lotion, dedicated bath wash or Kleenex. The breakfast, while adequate and delicious, was less abundant than before. This hotel cost more than others in the area that we stayed at that had the full and ample niceties. Hope this helps to encourage the hotel about these little things."
