「Fantastic Resort, Beautiful Location, pricey at $700-800/ Night. Staff is exceptional. Attention to detail impressive Restaurant FOOW is just average food, mediocre service / beachfront/ stunning location Beach chairs at $100/ day is excessive. We will stay again 」

「Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. The pool said there was service until 10...

「Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!」

「This is a converted church which means the rooms are not standardized and your experience might depend on which room you are assigned. The hotel has good beds and linens, but small rooms ( or some are at least) a very poor, loud, AC system, poor cleaning, very poor sound proofing of rooms. It really depends on the price point you pay. These rooms can be as much as $400. They are worth 1/2 that amount. If you are paying at that 1/2 rate, then maybe an OK proposition. For example in...

「今まで泊まった中でサービス最悪でした。 1) クリーニング費払ってるのに掃除にも来ず、タオル等の入れ替えもなし。 2) ティッシュが無く、トイレットペーパーも予備が無い。 3) 置いてあるグラスに汚れがある 4) ルーターあるのにWi-Fi使えない。問い合わせると無いと言い張られる。 5) アーリーチェックインを申し込んでいても結局できない。 等々、ツッコミ所が多過ぎて思い出しても腹が立つ。 世界中色んなホテルに泊まって来たが、サービス悪いというよりもサービスの無いホテルは初めて。 一つだけフォローすると立地はいい。 それを打ち消して余りあるホテルです。」
